Last Two From Naples Photowalk

This hedge (not a Logustrum) has red leaves on top that look like flowers, due to the back lighting. I like to use back lighting whenever possible, but it's not easy. The trick is to keep glare from the sun out of the frame. I usually have a protectine UV filter on the lens, but that should come off for these shots, because anything in front of the lens is apt to give lens flare.





Most doggies are cute, and this one is no exception. He (she?) was in a womens lap, just inside of a store. The surrounding colors of cloth are a bonus.
