Motion Blur
I took about 20 shots panning moving cars, trying to stop the car and create a motion blur in the background. Interestingly, the first 3 were the best; my panning got less precise the longer that I shot.

Sometime I'll shoot a parked car and try to reproduce the effect with motion blur in Photoshop.
