The Arrow (#91)

Upon approaching a lock in the Panama Canal, the skipper of a large ship must await directions as to which “lane” to use, port or starboard. Can this schmaltzy neon-lit arrow really play a serious rode in decision making?

It looks like it was stolen from an “Eat At Joe’s” sign on a diner in Brooklyn.
