For the non-professional photographer, all camera gear items are toys. But this is REALLY a toy. The below images were captured with a Cross 6 filter screwed onto the end of the 52mm lens.

Finally, there was a fire engine on Venice Avenue - quite a splattering of light.




This may be where this filter has some value (or, not). I can see using this for abstract creations at carnivals, Disney World, etc.

Just one more way to piddle away some time.
