Time Passed Him By

St. Augustine has an ecclectic mixture of lots of history, some touristy honky-tonk, and a few offbeat characters. This fellow was a little off in timing - St. Patricks Day was long gone. But, for no obvious reason, he sang gaelic songs a capella - and quite well.
